We ship worldwide from our studio. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic (within United States): Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Expedited options available at checkout.
International: Delivery times vary by location but typically take 7-21 business days. Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. Please contact the shipping provider for any delivery concerns.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in unworn, original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email studio@may-now.com with your order number and reason for return. Wait for confirmation and return instructions. Ship the item back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
